At Working Dog we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

We collect your personal information directly from you. For example, we may collect your information when you contact us by email or write to us, when you send a Russell Coight greeting to a friend, when we deal with you over the telephone or in networking functions (by you giving us your business card for example).

We collect this information to properly identify you and for security reasons. For instance, we may need to properly identify you when you attend our recording sessions. Also, there may be circumstances where we may need to satisfy ourselves that you are over the age of 18 in order to attend some of our recording sessions. We also collect this information so we may from time to time provide you with direct marketing communications (including email) of upcoming programs, events or products. You may inform us at any time that you do not wish us to provide you with marketing or promotional material.

We will share within Working Dog any personal information you have provided to us. We will only share that information for the purpose to which you have agreed. We will not share this information with any organisation or person other than Working Dog unless you have consented to that disclosure, or we are required by law to disclose the Personal Information or disclosure is to our legal advisors.

If you do not wish us to use or disclose your information for the purposes and in the manner set out in this policy, you must let us know at the time you provide us with your information.

To protect any personal information that we hold about you from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure, your personal information can only be accessed by people properly authorised to have access.

Your personal information is securely stored in hardcopy documents at Working Dog’s premises or electronically. We use firewalls (security measures for the Internet) and other security measures such as passwords, wherever practical, to control access to computer systems.

We may make changes to this policy from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of substantial changes to this policy through the posting of an announcement on this site.
