The Panel's Christmas Wrap

The Panel Christmas Logo-01.png

The original thinking behind the show was simple. Christmas Night had been something of a television wasteland for many years. For those who were doing it tough on that day: people living alone, people without support and people facing the prospect of fitting an entire family’s holiday luggage into a Daihatsu Charade the following morning, television had not provided much in the way of company.
The idea was also simple; everyone would donate their time and varying degrees of talent, and Channel 10 would tell the security guards that we had a right to be in the studio and not to be too trigger happy with their tasers that night.
Through Working Dog, The Panel Christmas Wrap charitable fund continues to this day.
